The SANDMAN
a little retrospective
It’s no secret I’m a giant Neil Gaiman fan and anytime I get to Work on the Sandman material I get excited! In fact, I think some of my best cover work has been Sandman related. Having just Wrap the frankly sensational Audible Sandman parts 3 audio saga by Dirk Maggs (check it out here) , I figure, let’s dive into the archives and pull up some dreaming stuff….

I was hard at work on Incal when James Tynion asked me to contribute to The Sandman Universe: Nightmare Country, I just couldn’t resist, at all, and drop everything for a week to do these few pages and a cover.

I’m toying with the idea of drawing a giant Endless piece with everyone, just for me when I’ll have the time. I’ll share the Journey here….
